Sad backstory:
This event happened on the last day of the war with trains, when the giant lord of hell-Ultradark Alpha-Lucifer came out on top. Absolutely everyone went to fight this demonic centaur. Fluttershy and Derpy Hooves were there too. After 30 minutes, Fluttershy lost her older brother, Zephyr Breezy and she herself was seriously injured (the cartilage responsible for flapping her wings was damaged. Unfortunately, she will not be able to flap her wings). Derpy Hoovs is worse, because he stuck his claws into her eyes (it wasn't enough that she was cross-eyed because she injured the part of the brain that was responsible for the correct location of the pupils, and also this trouble).
Of course they defeated him, but at what cost...

The story of how Bubble Butterfly was born:
Fluttershy and Derpy Hooves decided to support each other. She became her eyes, her friend her wings. Despite his disability, Derpy smiles, which surprises most ponies. Duke secretly followed the two, after analyzing their thoughts, he decided to do something about it by taking a peacock talisman (Kwami Duusu), called his wife to help create another centimonster (Yes, yes Bubble Butterfly is a fake pony, but a centimonster, and thanks to Aresia and able to think independently, not controlled by anyone)
As for Bubble herself, she is kind, likes to take care of animals, deliver mail. Shy, can show her harshness and frankness in extreme cases
