You know, as a huge Mass Effect fan, I find this amazing. It's incredibly hard to draw Turians, for me anyways, you've got the style down in a very neat and artistic way. I love it.
There's something about the nose/overall face, they don't look as flat in your style then they do in other drawings I've seen, I really like that.
