Okey,dear. Here is the fanfic named 'Back in Bussines', which is a side story to "Mikoto Plays Matchmaker" a SasuSaku story.
This time its Itachi who is being hooked up and there's a side of SasuSaku.

OH, GOODNESS!! I seen your character with Itachi alot. I remember comment you along time ago and Wow!! I love how you make stuff like this. You got some talent there. Keep it up. Its only practising,really...and you need patient and time for it.
