They're finally here! Szinthrae and Shiz as BJDs! I may decide to dye them a darker greyish black later on, but for now, here they are in their original lilac-grey color!I am so happy with the way they turned out!

Yes, this is the lilac skin tone. I actually bought these before the 'grey' skin tone was available, but I'm glad I went with lilac because after seeing the grey in person, lilac appears a bit darker.

I ordered their clothing from Denver Doll Emporium. They are from Dollzone in 70cm and 60cm sizes. The chest armor on Shiz I bought from a forum member on Den of Angels. If you don't know about that forum yet, I suggest you visit! It's denofangels.com/forums

I am on DoA i don't think that much to it though the market is expensive and the only thing i think it is good for really is doll advise.
I see, i will check that out because i would love some fantasy clothes for my doll. My doll is much smaller though at 42cm.

I bought my first doll second-hand from the marketplace on DoA for $575. He was a Shiwoo from Luts, and at that time would have cost me over $800 new if I bought him from the Luts website and that was without a face-up, clothing, a wig and eyes. At the time, $575 for a doll that included a wig, jewelry, eyes and face-up was a good deal! He was also really rare, because he was a vampire. I've run across some really good deals on DoA though, especially for clothing and props and accessories.

I see that is a good deal, i think you must of been pretty lucky, mind you i haven't looked at the 2nd hand dolls because i am very happy with the one i am getting. But i have mainly looked a clothes and accessories.

They still have minor issues that I will have to work on. I still need to do their piercings and find a safe way to replicate their scars. Also, Szinthrae's head is just a tad shade lighter than his body, which really bugs me now that I've noticed it. They're also really loosely strung so they are a PAIN to pose!

I have no idea what to charge!! I was going to scout den of angels when they let me on...but I might consider trade stuff for him as well

Once you post a number of times (I think it's 50 unless they've changed the rule) you'll be able to have Marketplace access and start a thread to sell him! After looking at the Marketplace there for Dollzone Leo, it looks like people are selling him anywhere from $200 to $125 USD.
I didn't realize he was as tall as 16cm honestly until you showed me the Dollzone site! For some reason I thought he was closer to puki size (like around 8 cm). Because of that, I'm not so sure he would work for little Brimys after all.
