It would be interesting to see how she copes with the illness brought on by the Slender Man's presence.
The coughing, she could handle. She's suffered worse at Rutledge Asylum.
Unlike the Marble Hornets cast members, she wouldn't need a camera to recover her lost memories. She could find them in Wonderland.
Speaking of which, the Slender Man's influence has been known to put people in a trance, like hypnotism or dream walking. It happened to Jay and we know how it affected Tim.
If the Slender Man's presence were to bring such a state in Alice, it would have to enter her mind. That means going to Wonderland.
But where to find him? My best guess would be the Wonderland Woods. The Slender Man has an affinity for wooded areas. Of course, there's also the Vale of Tears and the Majestic Maze.
Oh boy, it would be scary if it was the latter. Who's hunting whom while you're lost inside a hedge maze with a paranormal entity whose motives and intentions are completely unknown? It's not human and can't be understood as one. It can vanish and reappear at will. It may even bend the unnatural physics of Wonderland to its will. Perhaps turn the imaginary denizens of Wonderland into proxies.
But this is Alice's world. She's reclaimed it twice and she's not about to let another outside force tear it away from her again.
This crossover concept is really inspiring, isn't it?

I don't think Slender Man would want to harm Alice.
Tho Alice may try to destroy Slender Man with all her weapons, she won't be able to harm him,
Maybe they will become friends and he will guide her through the depths of her mind like the Cheshire Cat.
