General Bio:
Ebony is the Princess of Chaos and Dreams. Her entire life has been one judgmental look after another. After being conceived by darkness and chaos, many ponies believed that she would end up resembling Discord more than she would take after Luna. That turned out to be completely untrue. She took after both of her parents in an equal amount. Her friends know her as the Princess of Dreams, but her ward, Lilac Heart, knows her as the Princess of Hexes and Ghosts. Ebony is very much into the occult. She's always trying to talk to the dead. As she's gotten older, Ebony has become a witch-in-training.

In her spare time, Ebony creates potions, curses, and hexes. She was taught by Zecora to use her chaos magic for good instead of chaos. The two have grown close over the course of time and tend to talk often. She likes to travel through the Everfree Forest and find fun "ingredients" to use. She brings her findings to Zecora who is always proud of what she has to bring her. From the time that Ebony was little, they've had a good teacher-student relationship.

Luna hasn't dubbed Ebony as her heir and neither has Discord. Ebony doesn't want either titles anyways. She would much rather not have that hanging over her head. She likes being a "witch".

Relationships:
Ebony and Discord are close, but she's always been closer to Luna. As time has gone on, Ebony has spent more time with Discord than Luna, seeing as she's becoming a witch. She's always reaffirming to Luna that she's becoming a "good" witch, but is also always letting Discord know that she's still willing to use her powers for more... Nefarious, deeds.

Orion is Ebony's little brother. They're best friends and really understand the hooves that the two have to walk in. It's tough to live up to both the Master of Chaos and Princess of the Night. They tend to stay up for hours just talking and having a good time. When Orion really feels like messing with Ebony, he'll tackle her and the two will have a wrestling match. Orion normally ends up getting tied in a knot (literally).

Lilac Heart is Ebony's ward. She's learning how to create potions and spells from Ebony, though Ebony is still learning from Zecora here and there. Lilac is Ebony's shadow and more often than not, the two will be seen together. Although Ebony doesn't have a need or a taste for a throne, she is very supportive of Lilac's dream of becoming the Princess of the Stars.

Flurry heart is Ebony's best friend. They have tea parties and sleepovers in the Crystal Empire. Ebony goes to the Crystal Empire more often than Flurry Heart visits her in Canterlot. Ebony understands Flurry Heart's apprehension with leaving. Especially since Flurry is only really comfortable visiting the Apple Family Farm.

Ebony loves her little cousin, Marlow. They don't have a lot in common, but they're still close and like to go shopping together.

Talent/Abilities:
Ebony has both Luna's magic and Discord's chaos. Her specialty is to create hexes, curses, and potions. She also has the ability to stretch her body. Even though she doesn't have any horns, Ebony can conjure magic.
