Hey Kn3cht, I saw you posted this on a website saying you were going to mod this into Arma 3. Did you give up or is it still a WIP? I am a WWII collector/nut so being able to just ONE of your amazing models in-game would be amazing. They all look great! Coming from someone who owns a M1 Carbine and a Model 12 (just the hunting version, not the trench gun ) they are spot on perfect! Cant wait to see more models or even news on modding into Arma 3!

Hey Mike, thanks for the watch! The project is still alive, however pretty slow in the last time. I cant not surely say that we'll finish the mod in the next time. However i released most of my models for free on Gamebanana,
(gamebanana.com/members/1343656 )
so if you are into modding you could give it a spin

Its called Hell in the Pacific, and its gonna be a full conversation mod. There is already a Hell in Pacific mod for Arma 2, but we are completely build a new one from scratch for Arma 3

Have you thought of releasing it in a beta form? Not being impatient, i know how boring it is to work on projects without any updates from fans or stuff to keep your mind busy from the monotonous work lol.

Hey Kn3cht, How the mod coming along? I just bought a WWII USMC Pith Helmet, I can take some pictures for you if you'd like to implement it into the mod.Β

Hey Mike, I'm currently modelling a tripod for the Browning M1917, expect to see the finished HP in a week or so. As for the helmet, it looks interesting, i will ask if we need it, thanks for the offer!

I have seen a lot of your work and i was wondering what you could recommend to a newbie such as me to get better at modelling weapons. My models are mediocre at best and im wanting to get better

Practice. Practice. Practice. Try to stick as close as possible to the Reference. Model every screw, even if its a pain in the ass. Your renderings also lack proper lighting, i see you use Blender, watch some of Andrew Price lighting theory videos. Also take a look at other Models from pros on Polycount, and try to understand what they did to archive their result.
