Description Some kind of sci-fi scanner. Trying new workflows and software.

Modelled in Blender, except for the cloth which is made with Marvelous Designer.

You hold it at the grip and then scan something using the touchscreen to control it I didn't though further than that, maybe i should.

My bad I did not notice the touchscreen until you pointed it out.

But what end scans? That's what I need to know. Is it the canister or the q-scan part?

The metallic thing at the bottom of the front cylinder is supposed to be the scan head. Now i realize that the design is maybe a bit unclear on some parts or needs additional explanation. I'm gonna try to make it better understandable in the future ^^

The design is weird, but it does look pretty cool.

Plus it looks like it can be used to thwack someone in the head in case of emergency.

Der shader und die surface details vom Stoff sind echt gut! Props dafür. Marmoset ist echt gut für solche Formen jedoch wenn ich mir genau dieses Stoffteil da ansehe denke ich sofort an "form follows funktion" wirkt so als ob es der Stoff dort keinen Sinn macht. Sieht unstabil und lose aus. Was versucht der Stoff zu halten bzw zurück zu halten?
Ist jetzt nicht tragisch aber das kam mir sofort in den Sinn. Insgesamt sieht der Scanner sehr nice aus, etwas crazy aber dennoch.

Danke für die Kritik! Der Stoff war als Warnmarkierung vorgesehen, mehr Gedanken hab ich mir dazu nicht gemacht, aber jetzt fällt mir auch auf was du meinst. Ich achte in Zukunft drauf das alles bisschen mehr Sinn ergibt^^
