in the sketch there were several minions...but i found it looked far more delicate if i only drew her. Same for the background.

I'm gonna take the obvious route here and say Celestial Magic. She controls the sun, and has controlled the moon for a thousand years, perhaps she controls other planets too, to help her sister with the night sky and keep the balance of the world?
