this may sound like a silly question
first of all love the donut.... ^ ^
secound .... is the clay durable as a keychain... and what kind of clay do you use.... the effects are so smooth your really good at it.....
my sis and i'll be at artist alley too.... so see you there ^ ^

that's not a stupid question. the clay itself is very durable in that it won't crumble like cheap airdry clay. i use ultra light sculpey clay... which isn't all that different from regular sculpey clay, at least i think so. ultra light is just very light in weight.
i use sculpey glaze for the gloss coating to make it shiney and smooth. took me a while to learn how to do that consistently cuz if your a newb, then it'll be guranteed that the glaze will run unevenly and lumpy. experience is key.
it'll be awesome to see more ppl at artist alley. what kind of stuff will you and your sister be selling?

we'll be selling prints and stuff like that though we want to sell keychains to but we're still in the process of figuring how we'll do the keychains.....
we'll be selling bookmarks too and maybe if we have time doujinshi...
i can't wait till ax this year is going to be great

sounds cool. if you need any tips on making keychains i humbly offer my advice. i've screwed up quite a bit so i should have some useful advice to help with your keychains. ^^
