Well, there is a trade secret about that "limitation". 
I usually review shots with the models at the time of the shoot and they can always see the final result later.
As for comments, since some of the models are professionals in the fetish scene, the sexual nature of some of the comments isn't something unexpected by them. I did make a point of sharing the comments from the Roped Roomie sets with the model.
