Well you guys seems to REALLY like my photo manip. stuff...My Blood Ties collage has about 211 hits and about 12 favourites. (Btw thanks guys! ^_^)

I decided to go with some pretty basic manip here, changed the skin color and eye color with masks and stuff...

I don't know who took the photo, I googled eyes and this is what I got, first image. I loved the picture. So I don't own the photo, but thanks to that tutorial, It's my idea.
