I never understood how human Rory seems to have plastic Rory’s memories since it was my understanding that they were two different people. It’s totally possible that I’ve got this all wrong, but at least my roommate and I think it’s a bit of a logic foul-up.Related content

You should think that if she is god, she could manage to safe Rory from the Angels without having to sacrifice herself like that,
in fact, one should think she would be able to make her husband stop dying.. or perhaps she just loves playing around with her godly powers that much bringing him back all the time.. I don't know.
It's doctor who.. maybe the Doctor is the one actually being god, would explain a lot wouldn't it?

I don't even try to understand the show...I watch it and love it for the general stuff I can pick up, considering I literally jumped in in the last few episodes of last season- I've loved it ever since, but considering that I cried for about 3 or 4 episodes because I thought the Doctor was dead.....and then I learned he really never actually seems to die xD

Lolz, I'm a scholar student at a high school (but I'm too young to be in one lolz XD) and I try to explain to my friends about Dark matter and stuff like this and when I cant explain in a way that they could understand I say "Timey Wimey" or of course "Spacey Wacey" lolz they hate it XD

I am right there with you. I mean, how did River have a journal that looks like the TARDIS to remind Amy of the Doctor when River wasn't supposed to remember the Doctor either, and if River did remember the Doctor then wouldn't Amy and Rory remembering be superfluous. So confusing.

so wen the Doctor was erased, everything that happened with him was also erased, (so that means that if Donna remembers him, it wont kill her and Rose is no longer in the parallel universe) so Rory was never plastic, and Amy never died and came back to life in the Pandorica. But wen the Doctor came back, he caused a form of metta-crisis, because he shouldnt exist anymore, but since Amy had grown up with a crack in the universe in her bedroom wall, she could remember things that werent really there (like the stars and the people who got sucked into the crack in "The Time of Angels"). Wen the Doctor came back, the metta crisis caused everything to have happened in one way or another, thus giving Rory his memories of being plastic.

I always assumed that either a) Rory *became* human with that crack reboot stuff, or b) thanks to the crack messing with Rory's head (like it did Amy's as a child) Rory got the Roman!Rory's memories.
