Restricted colour palettes are always fun.

I love how the clouds have a tinge of purple to them so the hue matches with the house. Your house is very well proportioned and very close to the movies interpretation of the house. Your balloons are a plenty and absolutely stunning. I like how you set the house closer to the left instead of centering it. The dark steel blue background is stunning, compliments and doesn't take away from the house.
Possible improvement? Try adding a bit more detail in the house perhaps more signs of wood or brick; If it is your subject you want it to pop out from the rest of the piece.

Thanks! I actually wanted to keep the sky darker to give the piece more of a melancholy feel. I didn't want it to be too happy.

It really was! There was a lot of silliness and whimsy, but some pretty dark themes underneath all that.
