I got bored again and decided I wanted to play with Chibimerica or Baby America again. Mostly his hair. I did his hair differently in this one. And did an actual background. It's a lame background, but it's still a background. I have to admit that the clouds were fun. I failed on the bunny. Just don't look at it.

I had playing around with photoshop to add some effects once I finished it and had debated about using one of them. Like a lower saturation. But eventually just left the original.

Maybe instead of doing baby america a million times, I should get to work on the states. -_- I still have a lot to go. But baby america is just so cute!
