"A Storm to Come" - Van Canto

M'kay so every time I listen to this song I think of Raphael, especially for the 4th chorus (it's so percussive in the rhythm that I imagine him like walking through a battlefield or something). And with me trying to quickly scrape together a portfolio for college, I apparently got inspired to make it look like I actually put effort into something xD

I could cry guys amg. So I'm working off of my gaming computer now because my old one was having major glitching issues. I can actually see color on this screen you guys. Things at 255 saturation are neon. You can tell a different between a 010 gray and 020 gray. And my "dark-skinned" characters are so much lighter than they're supposed to be //sob

Anywho, Raph. This isn't exactly how his Innocence looks when it's activating, because in reality it lights up his shoulder blades, then the "feathers" appear at the top of the shoulder blades and curl down as the rest of the wings form. But since this is supposed to look decent I went with a more "angel-ish" look here :'D
I also decided to try a new coloring technique for his hair. Since it's supposed to be "black with a blue tint" but because my crap computer made it dark cyan, I decided to start with cyan and shade it to black-ish. I think I like it this way but I'll continue playing with it~
