It is an interesting shot being that you've washed it down with the blue. One thing I thought of was why they were all staring down at the water. Should there've been something shopped into the water to give a different kick to it all? It is a nice creative shot though. I can just see.. Something like a lens flare from Photoshop in the water, far in, as the people sit there and watch. Had you've brought up the iso by maybe just another hundred and then you may be good to go. However, I am unsure about that kinda stuff. Photo noob of the year award went to me. I take pride in the posession of such a renown award. Besides that it is an interesting photograph but it really does lack the show off of beauty in nature or the message trying to be conveyed. But I guess that is why you said in the description 'Tried to experiment with various White Balance settings..'. Just see about next time getting something with just that bit more meaning behind it. Or beauty. Either of the two. Not saying it is a bad shot. It is a good shot. Just possibly go a little bit more abstract even. Ground shot of the water and the spikes of light reflecting off of it as people stand in the background. But it is as obvious all up to you.
