this doesn't look really all that good, especially when my scanner messes up the lines. Still, I wanted the two up here.

powers: (mothra) super strenght, durabilty and agility; stinger that can fire bursts of energy, webbing, shedded scales can reflect lasers, able to split into mini-moths, can see in many spectrum,knock-out gas, can focus on Battra and find him/see what he sees.(Battra) Super strength, durability and stamina; stinger that can fire of burst of energy,lasers, and a weak anti-gravity beam, horns can fire a powerful laser, poison gas, can shed laser reflective scales, able to transform into a mist of battirium, can see many spectrums,spiked webbing, can focus on Mothra and find her/see what she sees.(both) mental link, can choose an avatar, able to cocoon to heal up, regeneration, and capable of very short teleportation jumps.
history:both of these worshipped beings began life as nothing more than members of a species of overgrown caterpillars, that is until the great one chose them as the next host for the protector.Mothra became a loving, motherly creature who put the saftey of life above her goals, Battra became cruel, cunning beast who's main saying is "the end justifies the means". Mothra and Battra took up their role as protectors well, having defended earth from many threats .Mothra and Battra may have had some differnences, but they both new their help would be needed in future, even if they weren't around, so they decided on reproduction. After some time, it worked, an new protector was born, Gigamoth, but the creature wouldn't hatch for a long time, so Mothra and Battra still needed to protect the planet(Mothra and Battra are "siblings" in the fact that they have the same "mother" e.g. the great one, but genetically speaking, they aren't related). Mothra and Battra then face King Ghidorah. Mothra had tried to invade the monsters body as Battra battered at his exterior, the moths were losing, ghidorah's immune system tore into mothra as his strength overwhelmed battra, Mothra then decides on a plan, she steals some of Ghidorah's sperm cells and collects Battra, they return to earth. the moths cocoon to heal and perfect their plans, for if they were incapable of defeating King Ghidorah, they would have to make a warrior who could. After healing, the Moths came to a conclusion, they would use Ghidorah's sperm to breed a creature capable of defeating him, moths waited for suitable vessesl to appear, and they did. Mothra and Battra pick the Z-rexes, Battra seeks out the largest female and impregnates her with Ghidorah's sperm, the moths then sit back and watch their second "child" grow(guess who they ended up making). The moths continued their jobs, fending off alien attacks (mainly those that hadn't brought the wrath of their second born), this went on until humanity was wiped off the face of earth, the moths then pointed the survivors in right direction to a hospitable world and returned to the planet they had sworn to protect. The two where then enstranged to find the second of their children missing from earth. They searched the planet, but the monster was no where to found. To today the two protect earth, but still wonder where their "child" had wondered off to.
