The Return of Paramedic-Man was originally a two page short printed in the March 1981 issue of the National Lampoon Magazine. I came across this comic, both figurative and literally, at the tender age of thirteen, some years after it was printed I might add. This comic opened my eyes to a new kind of comic, and was my gateway drug into things like Crumb, Cherry Poptart, and Heavy Metal. I don't expect this story to have the same nostalgia value for you that it does for me, but I at least hope you find it funny.
