I do indeed!
I ship Seychelles with India, Latvia and many others, except England and France. I don't ship the Hetalia girls with their mainstream pairings. (Ex. PruHun, AusHun, AmeViet, TaiPan, SwissLiech, SeboMona, AmeBela, LatLiech and PruLiech [yes, the last two are mainstream in my book]) The only exceptions are SpaBel, SeaWy and LietBela.

My Seychelles thinks of them both as more parental figures.

Just how bad seems to depend on the writer, though.
Some people write him more sympathetically, and others make him completely heartless. XD
I'm on the fence between the two views, and consequently I don't have many ships with him XD
