so i decided to rewatch The Great Muppet Caper starring Michael Caine and as much its such a timeless classic. it did however spark me an idea. What if Michael Caine portrayed an incarnation of Doctor Who?So i made this not sure on his outfit so i just used Rowans but his personality i bet would've been he would have the grumpy and mean spirited person and with a little bit of depth from his sixth incarnation
