hahah, o meu problema é justmente esse, tenho tantas idéias que acabo me perdendo ou pouco as vezes... ai eu acho que ficou muito resumido, ou grande demais...
vc ja experimentou fazer uma history line? vc escreve as falas e ve mais ou menos como ia ficar a disposição dos quadros na sua cabeça e desenha uma miniatura indicando a pagina, uns esboços pra indicar a posição dos personagens e boa.
aajusa muito na hora de dar essa resumida..

Hum... Então, eu fico um tempão imaginando como eu quero as poses. É que eu já tenho o primeiro capítulo escrito no word, então quando eu escrevi eu já imaginei mais ou menos como seria, daí quando fui desenhar já imaginei melhor antes também ^^ Mas isso que eu faço é tipo isso ai que você diz =]
