I can't hep but feel as though there's even more potential to be reached with this piece... perhaps you could have given her some sort of evil sneer? Perhaps we could get the impression that she's a cannibal?

wow this is soo amazingly captured the lighting and shadows mix well and really bring out her skin and eyes. It almost gives her eyes a pinkish look and also brings out the violet in her hair. Very wonderfully done if I do say so myself
