Description
"Circle of Life" came on my mp3 player as I whipped out my camera to capture the pretty lighting on the mountains earlier this morning.Appropriate, considering I call the peak on the left "Pride Rock" even though its proper name is Squaw Peak.
I love Utah.
Especially in winter.(image doctored a bit in Photoshop, to make it align more with what I saw. You know how cameras are.

xD I've lived in Orem my whole life and Squaw Peak has always looked like Pride Rock to me! It took my parents years to convince me to call it by its actual name.

That's one of the best things about navigating out here... if someone says "go east on 9th," you know exactly what they mean. In Ohio, if someone tells me "go north on Main," I'll say "towards what?"
