Done in the car on the way to San Diego for Comic Con - probably still in Utah. I was drawing cats 'cos I was bored and I always draw cats.
And yes, he's more a tiger with a bobcat tail and long fangs than a real sabertooth, but eh.

except for the fangs being too short, this is really accurate but still stylish. It reminds me of the sabertooth in 10,000 bc. I loved that movie

Your style on its own completely amazes me as well as inspires me. Sabertooths are still perhaps one of my favorite prehistoric animals and you give the picture of perfection with your art. Great job

Wow, that anatomy is amazing. D: He's got some impressive muscles, and his stance makes him look pretty heavy and imposing (= my image of saber-toothed cats.. Cx Huzzah~). Also, I love how he looks a little scruffy. xD This guy would make a great character!

He'd need a little more uniqueness to become a character, but who knows? He was fun to draw. However, I think that Hiro the awesome dragon deserves a little more face time... *sigh* I need to stop coming up with characters that deserve to appear more than once - don't have time for 'em all!

Ahaha.. xDD Honestly, I'd take the productiveness as a gift! I went through a phase where I was popping up character ideas like crazy, but I never really developed them. Now I'm trying to come up with a few good ones I know inside and out, but I'm utterly dry of inspiration. P: Murphy's law, I guess.
