Augh! Not another one of these things!I really needed to sit down and draw something, but couldn't find something to get super excited about. Then I found this thing, courtesy =wewtXD , and voila! Inspiration. Huzzah for kitties.

It was the official site. It's just not as obvious anymore since there's a ton more stuff there now. I think it's buried somewhere with info about the Clans.

I don't dislike Scourge and only chose him because I couldn't find any villains I liked less. (cats like Darkstripe, maybe, but they count less as "villains" and more as "lackeys".)
And out of the Power of Three series I've only had a chance to read "The Sight," in which I found Jaypaw to be cool, but abrasive and ungrateful, which was fresh in my mind when I wrote this. It's not like I actively loathe him or anything. *shrug*

Tigerclaw is just pure awesome, no doubt. I wanted to beat his little feline head in the entire series, but he was so great at manipulation. He's almost like Scar + Woundwort. Which = awesome, clearly.
I'm rooting for Jaypaw to be cool (haven't got my hands on anything past book 1 of the third series, sadly) but unfortunately he just keeps whining. 8| Stop talking and let the author describe your cool sense of everything to me! 8| 8|

It's "Erin Hunter." Which is apparently a penname for the 2-3 authors that do the series, but that's what you'll find 'em under. Nice easy reads, but they kinda struck a chord of "cool" for me, ya know?

They way you drew the characters really portrayed their name! I mean, it's never shown Lionheart's picture in the Field guide or in the other books.. I wouldn't know how to draw him. @____@;;

Well, there is something to be said for book descriptions - I think it mentions Lionheart having a ruff of fur similar to a mane... and that helps a lot. It's cool to see how people interpret the written descriptions differently - I imagined Blackpaw as a shorthair myself.
