Elijah and Cirrus run away from the Sol for as long as their legs can carry them. Once they were a safe distance away, Elijah was able to find a stick(a miracle) and tie it to Cirrus's broken wing with the wet grass. While the exhausted Cirrus slept, Elijah kept watch. He... owed his life to her...
