The bottom of the picture's too close to the squirrel/paw, and that makes the image seem a little unbalanced for me. I'd cut the sides so that the image is vertical-long, rather than wide, and leave more space on the left than right. Also, maybe up the saturation in the image to bring out the gold and green tones more?

I like this, the exposure is good and I also like the light and shadows on the ground, although I think it would have been better if it wasnt cropped so tight at the bottom and also shot in portrait as to make for a better composition
