Who knows? A vampire could makes babies with a human, so why not a halfie with a shapeshifter? It's too bad Breaking Dawn's the last novel; all of the new content she introduced would make for an amazing fourth book.
And I must say, I hated Breaking Dawn's ending. xD A fourth book would totally make up for it.
