Hey, everyone, here's a gif I made a short while ago of a scene from the 1941 Woody Woodpecker cartoon featuring Dr. Horace N. Buggy a Scottish fox doctor who Woody sees.

I have to admit I like how Dr. Horace N. Buggy's accent fits him and how his voice actor Mel Blanc performed by having to raise his voice.

This funny moment involves Horace giving Woody an eye test, but Woody is making things difficult by keeping his eyes shut so Horace yells for him to open his eyes through his gritted teeth.
