I made this costume in 2006, wore it three times, and retired it.It was a lot of fun to cosplay and even funner to make. I wore it trick-or-treating once and made little kids cry, even though I didn't mean to
I never really "completed" it before I retired it. As you can see, the boots and Barry's trademark knife is missing. If you saw me at Sugoi '06 or Ikasu '07, let me know!
The mask is fiberglass, the armor is aluminum sheet metal, and the gloves are vinal. That about sums it up ;D

I don't think I'm going to...its a bit of a hastle and it takes up too much room in the hotel room and the car. Plus I've already got Tobi, Kyuubi, and Toshiro Hitsugaya cosplays lined up for Ikasucom '08
