"Jensen Ackles" (Portrait with Colored pencils)The last days I spend my time with this. I drew it to practice my skills, since I don't draw portraits very often, especially not with colored pencils. I love "Supernatural" (Dean =
) so that's why I drew this.Not quite sure if I like it but I think it turned out okay?
Hope you can recognize him a bit?
And yes, I used a reference - would have been too though without one.
Well, I will draw more soon to get better.

Ich hab es auf Facebook schon gesehen, aber gedacht, ich sag dir lieber hier meine Meinung

Es sieht wirklich wunderschön aus und man erkennt gut, dass du immer besser wirst. Ich finde es auch erstaunlich, dass du dich mit Buntstiften an so etwas herangetraut hast, wo Photoshop einem doch eher Fehler verzeiht, als es Buntstifte tun :3. But it turned out great! <3

Ich habe lange so was nicht mehr gemacht und dachte ich fange mal wieder damit an um mich zu verbessern wo ich PS immer so anstrengend finde. Ich male/zeichne wirklich lieber traditionell einfach – vorallem mit Buntstiften. Vielleicht mache ich mal wieder was mit Graphit, mal gucken. Auf jeden Fall mache ich noch nen Cas! *lach*

I never draw portraits! XD° I just draw some anime guys in a semirealistic style you know but this is something different! XD But I am so glad that everybody does recognize him, that makes me so happy! I really will draw more pics like that. ^^
This picture... I worked about 10-12 hours over within three days. Actually that isn't so long for a picture I think! XD°

Thanks and yeah, I thought I would need much more time but... it really was just friday and saturday night and one hour yesterday. That was it. I really had fun with that so I don't need time. Drawing with PS somehow is much more a pain in the ass somehow. ^^° At least for me.

Also am besten gefällt mir persönlich auf jeden Fall der Haaransatz und dieser Bartschatten/die Bartstoppeln Oo Die sehen so...realistisch aus ^^
Das (1st-Person-) rechte Auge ist vielleicht ein wenig zu groß geworden...aber man erkennt ihn, und du übst ja noch, von daher ist es nicht so schlimm :3

And of course you can! I am not sure if you know the brand (it is a very well-known one in my country at least). They are called "Polychormos" and the brand is "Faber Castell". They have a oily mine – that makes it much easier to mix the tones. ^^

I have no idea who he is, sorry... I mostly know about British actors.
But, this is an icredible picture. You've managed to give his facial hair and skin icredible texture and his eyes are really intense! The shading is simply spectacular.
May I ask if you used a reference or are you a superhuman? And was this drawn on A4 or A3 or o paper of a different size?
I must tell you one last time that this is a magnificent picture and a shining example of what a great medium colored pencils can be in skilful hands!
