Celestia Snake, Leigh Hightower and Mika Underberg -Takes place after
Celestia is taken onboard Mika's spaceship, Lady Irina, where she's saved from certain death. During the rush, Mika makes an important call to Leigh Hightower, his ex-boyfriend and Celestia's brother/best friend. Leigh drops everything to see her and Mika.
Leigh: (is out of breath and panting hard) I got here as fast as I could. (catches his breath and looks at both Mika and Celestia)
Mika: H-Hey, Leigh. Her condition's stable. She might even wake up in a few hours.
Leigh: Thank the gods. (starts sniffling) I knew from the bottom of my heart that she was alive...that she was never truly gone...
Mika: I wish I could say the same. (sniffling) I'm a horrible friend.
Leigh: No! No you're not! You SAVED Tia's life, Mika.
Mika: (starts crying) I though she was dead all this time!
Leigh: (goes to Mika and sits by his side) She's here now, Mika. She'll want to see the both of us when she wakes up.
Mika: (sobs)
Leigh: (sobs along with him) I also never gave up on you either.
Mika: ? What do you mean?
Leigh: Every night I dreamt that you'd reach out to me and we'd talk again. That we'd...be together again. I still love you, Mika. I never stopped caring about you when you left Sidon.
Mika: I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry, Leigh. I was in pain and I was selfish. I should have stayed, I should have talked to you I--
Leigh: (pulls him into a hug) I should have NEVER let you go in the first place. I should have reached out to you too. We BOTH fucked up, Mika. Let's move on...together. For Tia's sake and ours.
Mika: (hugs him back) ...okay.
Leigh: okay?
Mika: Okay.
