This is the "La Liebre Sometida" character that was in a picture set some time ago. I wasn't aware the guy had a face behind the mask and oh boy, it's quite the face, lol.
The original head got borked when I tried to fix it, so I tacked another head on the base body and several hours later I made a whole new OC, Tashunka. His clothes are from a really old port of Nightwolf from MK9.
