In the year 2049, about several months BEFORE Misa and Kyoko Asagi's story in SoDC7 begins, five European women left the United European Empire to be a Vanquishing Guild in Japan. They made their headquarters and their home in the Chiba prefecture. They function as a last resort policing unit in Chiba, and are rumorer to be as powerful and well-connected as the Slayers Organization in the neighboring prefecture of Tokyo. Led by sniper elitist Wybourough Serche, they became known as The Serche Party.

Wyborough's loyal comrades consist of Second-In-Command Temperance Yaxley, Tactican Honor Goodryke and twin sisters Clara and Sara Amecotts.

As of 2052, The group welcomed its first new member - the beautiful and deadly mercenary, Nazca Veronica.
