I agree with the latter, due to Pendulums being plot-significant in Arc-V's plot, and that's mainly the point why we don't see Pendulums in VRAINS, while we saw anything else (Ritual, Fusion, Synchro and Xyz).

Pendulum diamond scales need to be smaller and moved up. You need to create space for the numbers.
