I wish the rain would stopBecasue when I see it
All I feel is pain
Knowing that we used to hide in the rain together.
Just knowing that we will never speak again
Is more painful than you know
But I know that the pain wont go away
Even if I beg for death.
I know that the rain wont stop
But I wish it would
So I wouldn't see your face in the mist
And the blurred tears, unshed.
I know that no matter how hard I try,
I will NEVER be able to move on
Because you lie in wait
For the day that I forget you.
I know that the rain wont stop just because I want it to.
And I get that if I want this to change,
I have to do it myself.
And why is that so hard?
I believe that wherever you are is better than here.
I love you, Skylar, and I wish you were here
But I know that you'll want me to just be happy
And say that when the rain stops,
I'll say "Goodbye"

The only mistake is a small typing error; You've misspelled 'because' on the second line. I'm sure it's just a typo though.
