Accelerator from Toaru Majutsu no Index. This was originally done around Christmas time, as a Secret Santa gift to a friend. It took a while to think of what to do, and since I haven't seen the show I had no idea what to put for a background. I wound up going with a quote of his that a friend sent me. I don't do fanart too often, but it's fun.Hope you all had a great Christmas! (Late.) :3
