I can sum up it to you (but forgive me any mistakes. English isn't my first language and I'm still learning D: ) :
Well, Jiraya was like a father to Hanako (when she was missing after the kyuubi attack, He decided to go look after her and after that he took care of her) so when she knew about what happend to him, Hanako tried to hide her feelings from anyone until she arrived home. Right after she left the hospital, she met Kakashi outside waiting for her. They had some drinks together and he led her home. When they arrived hanako's house, Tsunade was waiting for her. And then she couldn't hold it anymore, she ran into Tsunade's arms and started crying.
