Tsukumo Yuko is the yougest sister of Yuki, and as her sister she also domain Immense Endurance like her sis although she's still learning how to improve her abilities. She is exceptionally durable and high pain tolerance and cutting. Her technique also grants her virtual mass to herself and just one punch with this technique she can make a huge desorder. Yuko hardly works to improve this abilitie until she can effortlessly exorcise a special grade curse in a near future. She's still learning about her family abilities, so she isn't fine as her sister yet.

Yuko joined Kyoto Technical College right before Yuji joins Tokyo Technical College. She and Aoi Todo get along very well since Aoi is a big admirer of her sister. He trains Yuko so she can master her cursed energy. She has a medium height and beneath her jujutsu uniform an athletic body. Yuko is outgoing and makes friends easily.

Even though Yuko doesn't get along with her sister, the similarity between them is undeniable.
