Hey, sorry for asking but ... Well I'm pretty noob with computer art so.. I wonder if you could give me a tip how to make white line around the characters like in this pic you have done? o3o~

And it's no problem at all for the question.
Now For the white lines:
-Just selected the areas around the character with the magic wand in the tool bar.
-Then right clic on it still with the wand and choose "select inverse".
-Change the colors so it's white that come first in the little boxes in the tool bar.
-Go to "Edit" - "Stroke".
-Choose the number of pixel wide you want for the line and press "ok"
Bassicly that's it.
