Description
I saw a few of 's images of Bakugan personified and remembered an old sketch I had of Rabeeder personified. Of course, Rabeeder was already half-done for me thanks to her design, but the bottom half is what needed work.

Now, I know Rabeeder is based on Hindi mythology, but I opted to give her a dress with a Chinese cut (Or "Qipao") because I felt that matched her personality more: Flirtatious with a bit of a more mature appeal (And frankly easier for a fashion-deaf guy like me to come up with. I incorporated her ring feathers into the dress pattern and added some heels to finish the ensemble.

If I wanted to really, really personify her, I'd certainly change the design to something tamer.
