For Animefest 2010 I was convinced by *Izaya-chan to cosplay Alois, and since it was summer and I had just enough time to make one more cosplay, I agreed. And am I glad I did!!! I absolutely loved wearing this cosplay around - it has a little bit of everything I love wearing. Vest? Check! Bow tie? Check! He's even blonde, and everyone knows blondes have more fun.
/shot*Izaya-chan will finish her Ciel cosplay very soon hopefully and then we can prance about. *-* I cannot wait - she and I have gotten each other hooked on AloisxCiel so you can be sure there will be more photos in the future. ;D

I hopefully will be posting more soon! There is a convention coming up in June, and I really hope to get some better photos then *-* The problem with one of the shoots I had was too much wind, so the photos all turned out kind of... yeah

Ah ja! I understand that! Man, I hate wind with a burning passion! especially when in cosplay, and especially when said cosplay has a long, un-tameable wig, fuu--
I hope that you do, too, get some pictures with the wind being non-existent, or atleast not as bad as it seemed to be before xD

OH MAAAN... I hope you never experience that! Hnm.. I cosplayed Deidara and though the ponytail wasn't that bad the longness at the back... and wind... so knotty and it sucks to brush out~
Short wigs are so much nicer to keep up with~

Well! Particularly straight wigs! If it is already curly and I guess it isn't that bad! URGH... straight wigs.. so pretty for a limited time if the wing doesn't get to it~ Haha!
Well now, ponytails should be a crime when it comes to wigs... never in my life have I hated a wig more than when sewing in one (for Kanda) ppffft.

Oh I see... that does sound like a pain... >< I have only used the ponytail-clip kind so I have never had to mess with sewing them into the wig, but they do still tangle (and it wasn't even particularly windy)!!!

This is true! Hahaha! It reminds me of this animu bag I saw at a con once that said something along the lines of: "Anime: Crack is Cheaper" <-- I wanted this.
None of the wigs at the time I cosplayed Kanda impressed me so I was like "FUCK THIS SHIT" -So my friend gave me her short black wig and thus the sewing began (not just the ponytail, but the long side bangs, too) and ja... that is also right! Somehow wigs just get messy no matter what,like when headphones get tangled when you wrapped it up neatly~

Ohohoho... silly wig fibers... the only use you could have with meshing with fellow wig fibers is if it made a wig thicker~ //shot
Though, I suppose it does that anyway, tangles, making it poof and thus infuriating the wearer~

<3 <3 You make SO much better of a blonde than me. I bought two light blonde wigs, that I hated, before I just gave up to buy a golden blonde to suit my skin tone and naturally super dark hair color. You look so much like him.

Hahah, I was very surprised by my appearance as a blonde to tell you the truth. I wasn't expecting it to look as good as it did... you see, I tan very easily, so I am actually usually slightly too dark for my characters, but makeup can take care of that thank goodness XDDD
Either way, it seems blonde is a go this A-kon!!!
