I apologize, but am I correct in assuming that you are selling the rights to this character as intellectual property? It looks that way, but I have a few concerns if it is. First, you said that we are free to change anything and everything about this character after buying her. If that's the case, however, then we might as well just design our own intellectual property and pay you nothing.
Granted, you say that this is an auction, and so someone might look at her and say, "Ah! That's exactly the likeness I need for my manga/book/game/whatever!" Even in such a case, however, the actual value of this image can't really be worth that much. Intellectual Property becomes valuable only after someone has created very popular works of fiction or finished products with said intellectual property.
This is why Warner Bros will probably not sell you the rights to Bug Bunny. But some random character likeness? Well sure, there's probably plenty of people who will sell you that, yourself included. But is it worth more than 10 dollars? Well, I guess that depends on how popular the character is beforehand.
Can you tell me in more detail about just what I'm purchasing? This image contains only a likeness of a character. Do you have a character sheet with background information and other details? This is important to know if I'm going to consider it. Thanks very much.
