What an interesting technique you've used for the shading! The boundaries between light and shadow on her figure are highlighted by an extra dark line, which creates a very interesting effect! I can't really put my finger on it, but it almost has a sort of "a scanner darkly" feel to it. (A scanner darkly is a movie with an interesting art style. You can google it to see what I mean. 
I think, maybe her bust is sticking out a little too much, but that tends to happen when character's arch out their backs that much, so it's not too big of a deal. The paw prints on her shirt are really nice touches. Not too many people add those sorts of things. Although, the fringes around her shorts almost give the impression that they are bloomers... are they? :\
Overall, a very nice picture, with a very nice style! Keep up the good work, Koichi-Sama. (^_^)
