I blame KW P: Lol, you guys made me want to draw Keroro related art a lot and in turn, original characters. It's been so friggin' long since I've been cooking up some ideas for OCs. This definitely makes me smile.

So, another OC. His name is Rololo. Not going to say much about him for now but he is a rebel who isn't exactly in a platoon (meaning, his still young and is in a made up platoon with 4 other friends). Wulf and I are planning to make a comic with him and his friends soon, so woo~
