Aww i'm sorry. It's a store. Sells mostly DVD's and Music, but also a lot of T-shirts and many many other various things! It's pretty awesome! x3 (And unfortunatly no where neir where I live!)
Yeah that deffinently does sound like something that would be at Hot Topic though!
As far as Spencer's goes...i've never been in one of those stores so I wouldn't know! xD
