Dun ask about the title, cause I dunno @_@ But, it's Neoga, the angsty vampire who attacked Zos Kias in an earlier chapter, lol. He IS set to come back, too, hence why he got a name XDAnyways, this is for ~AnimeRascal who won contest 7 that Zos Kias held. Hope you like it~! It was fun to draw him again! I went back to his older design, which is similar to the one that I used in ZK, but not quite exact. So, there are some minor changes, and actually, there are some minor changes from his original design, too.
When I have time, I wanna draw him and Arkola...at least finalize their designs, lol.

He was the actual vampire in the whole vampire storyline "trouble with vampire" and "the vampire's true identity". Lol, he didn't have much of a part, and he was given a name in a slightly later chapter when they were going over his paperwork XD

Lmao~! I love plushes~! The Kazehiko plush was a gift, but I made the Randy myself. It was hard @_@ but, I love it~! Lol, I'm just as cheap XD I'm pretty bad at sewing, and I don't really "like" it, but I don't hate it.

cool i'd like to see more of him i still think you shouldn't restart cuz you're at a suspensfull part and one time the artist of a comic restarted just when my favorite character was getting to a good part i was kinda upset cuz i wanted to see what happened next!
