They cancelled the show?!? Where did you hear this?!? I heard there was a PoM movie coming out soon..... I think the show ended with the episode where Doris debuted. The actual finale will be the movie.
Perhaps Francis did. XD I can't see why that would drive him away from his sister though. It was better than dancing for humans. :-/ Doris apparently invited him for dinner often, but I don't know about that anymore since she's discovered that her brother is Dr. Blowhole.

Actually the upcoming movie will take place in the movies verse. The show is, unfortunately and without a doubt, over — the production stopped in 2012, I guess.

Yes, the PoM cartoon is over though it wasn't cancelled at all. It officially ended after the 3rd season. The Doris special being the final episode. I had no idea the upcoming movie was part of the movie verse. Well, I hope it's good either way and I will be watching it. Do you know the release date?
Perhaps so. We never got a good idea of what Doris thought after the battle. Will she forgive her brother, will Blowhole have a change of heart somehow? I really can't see anyone dying in the PoM series. It's too morbid for what the show consists of.

I don't see Blowhole having a "change of heart", but well, he's Doris' brother and it's a kid show, so she'll probably forgive him... after being very mad at him. :'D And she'll invite him for Thanksgiving dinner again... so he can "meet" her new boyfriend~.

PoM is full of surprises and you never know what it has in store. Blowhole might just give up his ways in the end. And since it is a kids' show, it's highly unlikely that he'll die in the finale. If he does "meet" Doris's new boyfriend, I can't wait for his reaction. XD It will be classic!
