While the overall concept is nice, with Anna in front of the Spidey logo, I feel that some more work could be done to improve on Anna. Firstly, don't crop off the character's feet.( I assume you have drawn her whole body)., that's the first thing that bothered me.
You could adjust her pose for a better silhouette too. Right now her right arm is merged with the body. Consider adjusting it so that it is away.
I notice that there is some shading done for her skin and hair, do the same for her clothing too. Don't leave it at that, finish the job.

Technically, she was Dr.Octopus' girl friend; though he'd taken control of Peter's body at the time. making things really awkward for poor Peter.

yeah i'm slowly beginning to lose faith in DC after finding out about those changes. New 52 and the changes to the Batman/Superman movie was bad enough, I hate the idea of giving wonder woman and power girl pants instead of their leotards, and that ending to harley quinn killing herself in the tub with a toaster is freakin creepy! Now we're getting Dick Grayson becoming a rip-off of Captain America Winter Soldier. NO!! DX
If this goes any further, i'm gonna have to go to marvel and try to catch up to all the stuff i missed out on. And BOY do i need alot of catching up on marvel. :/
